MARINARA SAUCE

28 oz (794 g) Crushed Tomatoes 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Small Onion 2 Garlic Cloves Oregano, Basil, Ground Chili Pepper PREPARATIONS: 1- Mince the onions. DIRECTIONS: 1- Fry the minced onions with a tablespoon olive oil in a pot until translucent. 2- Mash the garlic cloves into the pot. 3- Add crushed dried oregano, basil and ground chili pepper as preferred, stir and , continue frying for few more minutes. 4- Add the crushed tomatoes to the pot, stir well. 5- Cover the pot with a lid but leave a crack to allow the steam to scape. 6- Simmer for about 40 minutes over low heat until thickened. 7- Add the butter to the pot, heat and stir until melted. Simmer for 5 more minutes. 8- Add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, turn the heat off, stir thoroughly. 9- Allow to cool down.
